My name is Annette Rawlins, and I have been the sole owner of Arun Lodge for the last 25 years. I have over 35 years' experience within the care sector and was both the manager and registered provider until 2024 when I handed the manager reigns over to Lindsay. You will still find me actively involved, enjoying visiting the residents and their families.

When I came into care all those years ago, I had a vision of what I would like care to look like. I wanted my care home to provide the level of care I would want for my parents if they ever needed it and that remains at the heart of what I do today. Arun Lodge is like home from home in its decor and atmosphere. Both Lindsay and I share the same ethos when it comes to managing a care home.

Choosing to move into a care home is a big step, and we aim to support both you and your loved ones to make the transition as smooth as possible. For those of you that may have stepped into caring for your loved one, moving into care can give you the chance to rebuild relationships.

Care comes from the heart, and it has always been and continues to be an absolute honour to care for these residents and the memories we have created.

My name is Lindsay, and I am the Manager of Arun Lodge. I bring over 40 years of experience in the care sector and am Level 5 qualified, with a lifelong commitment to providing high-quality, person-centred care. Caring for others has always been my passion, and I take great pride in creating an environment where residents feel safe, respected, valued, and truly at home.

I am deeply passionate about enhancing our residents' quality of life, ensuring their individual needs, preferences, and wishes are at the heart of everything we do. I believe that genuine care is about kindness, dignity, and meaningful connections, and I strive to lead by example every day.

I am very fortunate to be supported by a highly experienced and dedicated team who share my values and commitment to putting people first. Together, we work hard to provide a warm, welcoming home where residents and families feel supported and confident in the care we provide.
